In July 15th, Yager first half year's work summary and the second half of 2017 work plan meeting were successfully held at Ning Haiqian Creek villa! Company chairman Yang Guangkui, general manager Yang Guangping and executives, department heads attended the meeting.

In the meeting, the leaders in charge of the responsibilities of departments and around the beginning of the work, for the first half of 2017 the work was concise and to the point summary, the unfinished work carried out in-depth analysis, and put forward the second half of the main work plan.
Yang Guangping, general manager, informed the first half of the target completion and company priorities. Marketing efforts to gradually increase, the development of 5 new customers, complete the sales income of 42 million 600 thousand yuan, an increase of 7%; the organization department system operation, the implementation of internal assessment system; two plant construction, laid the hardware foundation for the development of enterprises; and to undertake debugging far 1200T gantry crane and the other 11 projects in Nantong and 6 project installation. At the same time, pointed out the problems and shortcomings in the first half of the work, and identified the second half of the 12 key work plan. Yang always explicitly stressed the importance of the implementation of the key work plan, and asked all responsible leaders to develop detailed landing plan, focus tracking, regular meetings. The company management department will follow and supervise the implementation, and the completion of the effect as an important indicator of year-end assessment.
